Wilderness Wanderings are an adaptation of the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing. Wilderness Wanderings are designed to help people connect deeper with Nature, while also promoting physical and mental health.
Hiking distance will be 1-2 miles. Be prepared with close-toed shoes, layers, water, and perhaps a small snack.
